Arrival by Train
The train station is just 3-minute walk away from us and trains run every hour from Exeter.
Although your accommodation will not be available until 5:00 PM; we are happy to take your bags at any time with prior warning.
You COULD then hire your bikes (just the other side of the station) and make the most of your time before and after check in with us. Please mention my name Yvette it might help.
Directions from the station:
Off the train, turn left out of the station building, then head down the slope to the left onto Station Road. Once on Station Road, take the VERY FIRST RIGHT marked clearly as 129 Honeyside Down. Follow the right-hand fork/top track/road for 129 Honeyside Down, keeping the house on your left and the station above you on your right.Stick on this small road until you reach the car park ,129 HONEYSIDE ‘DOWN CAR PARK phone me 07971258040 from there.In the dark winter months, you will likely need your phone torch.
Arrival by Car
Once in Okehampton, head for the railway station and take the very last left on Station Road before the railway entrance. It’s clearly marked 129 Honeyside Down. Follow the signs until you come to the carpark – clearly marked carpark 129 station road (allowing space for 2 other cars) – Parking is used at your own risk.
