there is ample,parking for the 3 properties.
If however you are a nervous driver, require more than one parking space, or you have a particularly large vehicle ,please let us know in advance and we will happily prepare.

there are a number of reasons for 5pm arrival, mainly because the best cleaners in town can only guarantee to have everything finish by 5pm, and although they have never let us down, it is very rare they finish early.
Guests are welcome to contact me on the day IF we can get them in early we will.
However we are usually available to take the bags of those who arrive early by train and or wish to leave their bags with us for a full day before and/or after their stay allowing them to take full advantage of their time here.

Is open 24 hours a day.
It is a spacious but two seater hot tub, set in the prettiest spot in the garden, you can use it when you like for as long as you like privately, you do not need to book, heat it up, or share it ,only once here can this be truly appreciated.

Cancellations or booking changes are possible up to 10 weeks before your stay.

The three spaces are designed as romantic retreats ,places of escape and relaxation with this in mind children and pets are not invited.

Please be considerate—they handle all cleaning, laundry, and restocking but do not wash dirty dishes or gather your rubbish. On departure please ensure:
• Heating and lights are turned off.
• You haven’t left any personal items behind
The cleaners will hold lost items for a short time and return them for a minimum £15 charge.
