• Parking: Please park carefully allowing for two other cars and remember it’s at your own risk.

• Hot Tub: Shower before using the hot tub for your safety and hygiene.

• Toilets: Only flush toilet paper; flushing anything else can lead to blockages, and you may incur a call-out charge.

• Electricity: Turn off all lights and heaters when you go out (except those recommended to stay on in winter). The properties heat up quickly, so there’s no need to leave them on.

• Food Storage: Store food, especially bread and cakes, in the bread bin or fridge to avoid attracting rodents.

• Boiler: Do not adjust the boiler. If it’s not working, let me know immediately; it’s likely a simple fix.

• Departure: Please depart by 11 AM. Text, call, or email to let me know you’re leaving and share any feedback or issues.

Cleaners’ Note

The cleaners arrive promptly to prepare for the next guests. Please be considerate—they handle all cleaning, laundry, and restocking but do not wash dirty dishes or gather your rubbish.

Before you leave, please ensure:

• Heating and lights are turned off.

• You haven’t left any personal items behind. The cleaners will hold lost items for a short time and return them for a £15 charge per item.
